Before your first visit you will have to fill out intake forms regarding past medical history and specific questions about your pain and/or injury or surgery. During the first visit, your therapist will take measurements, perform tests in order to do a comprehensive evaluation and formulate an individualized plan of care to facilitate a speedy recovery.
During subsequent visits, your therapist will instruct you in specific exercises or perform joint mobilizations, soft/deep tissue massage depending on your individual plan of care and specific needs. Sessions will last about an hour and be held either in the gym or our 30ft, ramp accessible pool. Our highly trained staff is committed to a progressive treatment philosophy with evidence-based practice to render our clients quality care and provide you with education to prevent injury/re-injury and manage symptoms independently while actively participating in daily activities.
